Durpro is owner run and is managed by a team of specialists in the field, giving them the flexibility to match client needs and budgets.

Managing Director

Graduated from UKZN in 1999 with a B.Comm (Hon) Degree in Personnel Management and Labour Legislation. The early years of her career were spent with Deneys Reitz Attorneys where she gained invaluable experience in South African labour law.

An employment and labour lawyer, based in the Durban practice since 1991. Brian specialises in employment law, commercial litigation, forensic investigations (theft and fraud recoveries) and has constitutional law experience.

Brian has advised and assisted clients in all aspects of employment and labour law and is involved in litigation on behalf of his clients in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal. Together with his partner, Jacqui Denny they purchased Durpro Workforce Solutions, Where Brian plays a key role in advising the company in all legal aspects of  labour force management.

Operations Director

Starting at Durpro Workforce Solutions in 2013 after successfully running her own national recruitment company for three years. Jackie joined the Durpro team as Business Development Manager.

One year later Jackie was promoted to General Manager followed by her appointment as director one year later.

Jackie has been instrumental in growing Durpro’s national footprint by creating additional revenue streams and strategically developing our service offerings. Jackie has irreplaceable experience assessing companies and creating holistic and client focussed solutions, from conducting human resource and internal audits, project management and policy drafting to negotiating service level agreements.

IR Director

Phakamani has extensive experience in assisting employers with trade union negotiations, strike management, conflict resolution, wage negotiation, arbitration, and implementation of the Labour Relations Act as amended.

Andries Ndlovu started at Durpro in June 2007 as a Junior Labour Consultant.

Over the years his vocation within the Durpro team grew from Labour Consultant, to Industrial Relations manager. Nowadays he is a company director; specialising in IR – and company shareholder.
